How to Redeem

1. Members can check their balance through this website, and choose a reward equal or lower of their existing balance.

2. Members can redeem by PM in IP to the officer, what reward they want, and allow for a maximum of 2 days processing.

3. Reward will only be given as an IP web top-up to the game ID of the winner, it is not transferable to other people and cannot be converted to cash.

Notice

1. Celestials Treasury balance will only be given to Celestials mates by winning events, no cash top-up will be allowed.

2. If a member quits the guild, all saved balances will be erased.

3. If a member got kicked out from the guild, he/she has 30 days to redeem, before the balance is expired.

4. If a member does not have any transactions (winning events or redeeming rewards) for over 2 years, the balance will expire.

5. Any dispute about the redemption needs to be escalated to officers within 1 week of the redemption request.
